In the core component workshop, technicians use German-made CNC lathes to perform precision machining on equipment spindles. The spindle materials are selected as high-strength alloy steel, undergoing 1200℃ high-temperature quenching and low-temperature tempering treatments, achieving a hardness exceeding HRC60 to ensure stable precision during prolonged high-load operation. For critical transmission components in aluminum door/window curtain wall equipment, laser welding technology is employed with welding errors controlled within 0.01mm, effectively enhancing component sealing and durability to meet long-term operational demands in Russia's harsh cold environments. During assembly, each production line is equipped with three dedicated quality inspectors who conduct dimensional inspections using 3D coordinate measuring instruments. Simulated continuous 72-hour load-free testing at-30℃ low temperatures ensures fault-free operation under extreme climatic conditions.

The equipment exported specifically targets Russian market demands, with thorough consideration given to the harsh climate and unique performance requirements of large-scale construction projects. The aluminum window and curtain wall equipment series includes high-precision frame assembly machines and CNC processing centers for curtain wall profiles, capable of stable operation in-30℃C low-temperature environments with processing accuracy reaching 0.03mm. This perfectly meets the processing needs for curtain walls and windows in large public buildings and high-end residential projects across Russia's cold regions.
